Terracotta Expansion (ilosemypotato) - Minecraft PE Addons

Have you ever wonder, a type of add-on that bring an awesome addition to Minecraft?

 Here it is, Terracotta Expansion. An expansion type of add-on that focusing on biomes, mobs, and environment addition. While try to maintain the balance between every aspect of the game. Gather up your resources and travel to a new biomes, feed some new animals, and play with them. I’m very happy to introduce you some of the new stuff that are in this add-on,

Maple Forest
 
From falling leaves to maple trees, this is the new maple forest. This is where you can get some fresh maple sap, you can even turn them into a maple syrup.

Deer
 
Deer will spawn in maple forest biome, they also spawn in taiga’s biome. It will run away if it encounter a player or hyena. They can be breed using apple and sweet berries, make sure to take care the babies. Deer have a chance to turn into a zombie deer when get hit, there’s no way to cure them. It will drop leather (0 – 4) and beef (1 – 4).

Zombie Deer
 
Zombie deer will spawn in maple forest at night, they also spawn in taiga’s biome. It’s a neutral mobs, they will attack you if you attack them. There’s no way to cure them.

Maple Sap and Maple Syrup
How can we earn some maple sap and how we make them into a maple syrup?
You can earn some maple sap from maple log by strip them using an axe, there is a chance the log will turn into a stripped maple log with sap. Use glass bottle to collect the sap and use furnace or smoker to turn them into a maple syrup.

Maple Pancake

This is the recipes for maple pancake, they are not place-able yet. It can restore up to 5 hunger points, pretty neat right.

Improved Swamp
 
From Cattail’s to duckweeds. This is the revamped swamp, as you can see there is some cattail and duckweed. Watch out for some frogs nearby, they are very noisy.

Frogs
 
Frog will spawn in the swamp biome, they love to eat insect and bugs nearby. Frog is a passive mobs, they don’t attack you at all. You can breed it using termites (Item). Frogs like to attack spider, silverfish, termites, cave spider, and bee. It will drop frog’s foot (0 – 2), you can cook the frog’s foot into cooked frog’s foot. Eating them raw will have a chance to give you hunger and poison.

Cattails
 
Cattail act like crops, they can be harvest. Cattail will drop cattail seeds. Cattail seeds have two uses, they can be change into string in crafting table or you can plant them in farmland.

Wolffia (Duckweed)
Duckweed will have a purpose soon in the future, you can obtain them by breaking it with shears. Eating wolffia will give you a poison or hunger.

Improved Mesa
 
From hyena’s to vulture’s. This is the new mobs that you can see in mesa, make sure to gear up before entering mesa’s biome.

Hyena
 
Hyena is a hostile mob, they attack you and skeleton probably (also deer and zombie deer). Hyena will spawn on mesa, they also spawn on savanna at small chance. They will be a food source in mesa, it will drop beef (1-2) and sometimes rotten flesh (0-2).

Vulture
 
Vulture is a neutral mob, it will attack undead mobs and phantom. Vulture will spawn in mesa, I think there is a another variant in hot and dry biome?
It will drop bones (1-3), rotten flesh (1-3), and feather (0-4).

Improved Savanna
 
Elephant and termite, also termite mount. These are the things that you will see in savanna.

Elephant
 
Elephant is a neutral mobs, it loves to eat vegetables, fruits, and also termite nest. It will run away from bees, make sure to cage your bees. You can use saddle to saddle them and chest to store your stuff. It would be awesome to adventure with an elephant. It will drop leather (0-6).

Termite 

Termite is a neutral mobs, they don’t attack you. It will run away from villager, illager, iron golem, and player. Termite eat some type of woods, it will drop sawdust after eat and replace the wood with termite nest. Termite will drop termite item (0-1), you can also cooked them into cooked termite. Eating them raw will give you hunger at random chance.

How to troubleshoot add-on before joining the world due to custom biomes and features bug :

– CUSTOM BIOMES AND FEATURES WILL NOT WORK ON THE SECOND TIME YOU JOIN THE WORLD, MAKE SURE TO DEACTIVATE AND ACTIVATE IT AGAIN OR ELSE IT WILL BROKE THE WORLD GENERATION, CUSTOM BIOMES, & FEATURE. (BUG FROM THE MINECRAFT IT SELF)

TERRACOTTA EXPANSION required Minecraft version 1.16.100+ and the setting above need to be ON.

Installation

Download Information :

Install through .mcpack

1. Download the files both RP and BP,

2. Open the .mcpack and it should open your Minecraft,

3. Activate both RP and BP pack.

Install through directory ( Android & IOS )

1. Download the files both RP and BP,

2. - Move your Resource Pack .mcpack to resource pack folder

    - Move your Behavior Pack .mcpack to behavior pack folder
Path : games/com.mojang/...

3. Go to your Minecraft and activate both RP and BP.
