Progressive Skyblock is a custom built map made by the people listed above. It was made in the hopes of providing a fun skyblock experience but with more resources and more opportunities for things that would otherwise be impossible in standard skyblock.
You can go to both the Nether and the End dimensions like in normal survival. 
The map took about 2 full days to build and do the commands and custom villager trades.
There are plenty of things hidden around on the various surrounding islands that the player can collect to help surviving easier.
