In a Superflat world using this biome, the Overworld will contain only Nether mobs (Ghasts, packs of Zombie Pigmen and occasional Magma Cubes) and won't receive rain, but it won't have Nether structures (such as Nether Quartz or Glowstone veins or Nether Fortresses), and it can still have water lakes and mineshafts.Stats:
