Needle
Brock
Healing needle
Strange needle
Poison needle
Curative (without crafiting)

How to make:

Brock(principal item for make others):

Iron ingot + iron ingot + iron nugget

Needle(item for make the neddles):

Iron ingot + iron ingot + iron block + brock

Strange needle(effect in down):

Needle + blaze powder

Curing needle(effect in down):

Needle + redstone

Poison needle(effect in down):

Needle + spider eye

Curative(effect in down): no have crafting

Effects of items:

Strange Neddle give you: secret effects lvl random
Curing Neddle give you: more life lvl 5
Poison Neddle give you: poison lvl random
Curative give you: more life lvl 10 (But it’s smaller than the healing needle)
